Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, an independent organization responsible for administering defined-benefit pensions for school teachers of the Canadian province of Ontario, led a $148m Series E round in Kogta Financial, a retail focused non banking finance company, with participation from Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, Multiples Private Equity, and Creador. “This is a significant milestone for the Company, and we are pleased to welcome aboard Ontario Teachers’.
