Ardian-backed AD Education to acquire Pôle Léonard de Vinci.

Ardian-backed AD Education, a European higher education platform and international network of schools, offered to acquire Pôle Léonard de Vinci, a French private university cluster. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger project would constitute a strategic turning point for the group, which would thus position itself as a leader in higher education, beyond its historical specialization in creative professions. The complementarity of our offers and expertise around a management-engineering-creation triptych covering 9 European countries would be an asset and a unique value proposition for our students.
