Bernhard Capital, a services and infrastructure-focused private equity management firm, completed the investment in Brailsford & Dunlavey, provider of multi-disciplinary advisory, project management, and construction management services for educational institutions, municipal agencies, sports venues, and non‐profits. Financial terms were not disclosed.
