Halma, a safety equipment company, completed the acquisition of Global Fire Equipment, a control panels, detectors, and fire alarm equipment manufacturer, for €42m. "GFE's technologies are complementary to Ampac's fire safety systems portfolio and will further expand the geographical markets it serves.
