Tikehau Star Infra, an infrastructure assets developer and manager, completed the investment in Plenary Broadband Infrastructure, a digital infrastructure joint venture between Tilson Infrastructure and Plenary Americas developing, operating, and commercializing middle-mile fiber routes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome TSI to the PBI team, bringing their deep investment experience in transportation and public-private partnerships.
