Scm Group to acquire Tecno Logica.

Scm Group, a manufacturer of woodworking machinery and systems and numerous other materials, agreed to acquire Tecno Logica, a provider of automation solutions for a wide variety of industrial processes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This buy-over further enhances our leadership in the aluminium, composite and wood machining sectors where we are already present with our Cms and Scm brands.
