Quintessential, a commercial real estate firm, agreed to acquire 240 Queen Street in Brisbane from Brookfield, an investment firm, for $250m. “Recent focus on Southeast Queensland, in particular premium-grade commercial assets, has created a strong sense of competition in the market.
