Citadel to acquire Energy Grid.

Citadel, a hedge fund, agreed to acquire Energy Grid, a company that trades and sells power products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The privately held Energy Grid provides power price risk management services to Japanese companies and the deal will give Citadel direct access to the Japanese power market.
