PNO Group completed the acquisition of GFinance.

PNO Innovation, a European consulting firm specializing in innovation services and public subsidies, completed the acquisition of GFinance, an Italian consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In CiaoTech we see a partner that complements us in many ways. Their expertise in European funding, as well as their broad portfolio of services – including AI-based support tools – are perfectly suited to the needs of our clients. In fact, Italian companies still make little use of European funds, despite the fact that there are important resources, we are talking about 150 billion euros between now and 2027 on the issues of innovation, digitization and environmental sustainability," Marco Nicolai, GFinance CEO.
