Colbún completed the acquisition of San Juan and Norvind wind farms from Latin America Power for $401m.

Colbún, a Chilean utility company, completed the acquisition of San Juan and Norvind wind farms from Latin America Power, a renewable energy generation company, for $401m. The acquisition will strengthen Colbun's presence in the northern regions of Chile, where it already operates the Diego de Almagro Sur solar and battery farm and is finalising the construction of the Horizonte wind farm.
