Fortino Capital, a private equity firm, completed an investment in ProMark, a Danish provider of SaaS workforce management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past decade, ProMark has achieved tremendous growth and established a position as the market leader in workforce management software in the Nordics.
