ABAC Capital-backed Iberconseil, a company specializing in the distribution of European cheeses and dairy products, completed the acquisition of Disalp, a company that imports and distributes French cheeses across Europe, and Adonis, a company specializing in the import and distribution of Greek food products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
