CenterOak Partners completed the acquisition of Air Alamo Service.

CenterOak Partners, a private equity firm, which invests in middle-market companies including industrial growth, consumer, and business services sectors, completed the acquisition of Air Alamo Service, a heating and air conditioning repair, service, replacement, and maintenance company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
