Grupo Cosmos to acquire trunk trim business from Antolin for $33m.

Grupo Cosmos, a multinational company that supplies components and assemblies primarily for the automotive industry, agreed to acquire trunk trim business from Antolin, a supplier in the automotive industry, for $33m. "We are very pleased with the transactions announced as they are an integral part of our Transformation Plan and our strategy to make Antolin a more efficient and better capitalized company, as all these transactions will facilitate our strategic objective to continue deleveraging the company. We remain focused on executing our Transformation Plan, achieving our €150m euro divestment target during 2024 and 2025, and therefore fulfilling our commitments with the market” Cristina Blanco, Antolin CEO.
