Adelis Equity completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Bruhn NewTech.

Adelis Equity, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Bruhn NewTech, a provider of CBRN knowledge management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are looking forward to the partnership with Adelis.
