Framatome and TechnicAtome completed the acquisition of Daher Valves.

Framatome, a French nuclear reactor business, and TechnicAtome, a compact nuclear reactors specialist, completed the acquisition of Daher Valves, an industrial company that designs, manufactures and qualifies valves for nuclear and defense applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vanatome is a strategic supplier to the nuclear industry and has recognized expertise in the manufacture and qualification of high-performance valves. This acquisition allows us to secure our supply chain and meets the sovereignty challenges of activities essential to the civil nuclear and defence sectors.
