Altor Equity Partners to acquire F24 from Hg Capital for £18.4m.

Synopsis

Altor Equity Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire F24, a European software-as-a-service provider, from Hg Capital, a private equity firm targeting technology buyouts primarily in Europe and the US, for £18.4m.
