RECOM completed the acquisition of LECO.

RECOM, a manufacturer of AC/DC electronic power supplies, DC/DC converters, switching regulators and LED drivers, completed the acquisition of LECO, a custom power supply designer and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining the RECOM group is a significant milestone for LECO. RECOM’s international presence provides us with an opportunity to expand our reach in highly attractive end-markets and leverage our engineering capabilities towards development of further innovative power supply products,” Harald Weinmeier, LECO Managing Director.
