Motorola Solutions, a data communications and telecommunications equipment provider, completed the acquisition of Noggin, a provider of cloud-based business continuity planning, operational resilience and critical event management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our technology investments to connect those in need with those who can help are more critical than ever.
