KKR and TA Associates to acquire a majority stake in Söderberg & Partners for €265m.

KKR, a global investment firm, and TA Associates, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Söderberg & Partners, a financial adviser and broker of insurance and financial products and services, for €265m. “We see that our venture in the UK is working, and we now want to scale it up even faster. We see many opportunities and have high ambitions to become one of the leading players in the UK within a few years.
