Private Assets, a Hamburg-based investment company specializing in majority takeovers of companies in special situations, completed the acquisition of Climate Ceiling Solutions business from Zehnder Group, a provider of complete solutions for a comfortable, energy-efficient and healthy indoor climate. Financial terms were not disclosed.
