3i Group-backed Regional Rail completed the acquisition of Cincinnati Eastern Railroad.

3i Group-backed Regional Rail, an owner and operator of short-line freight railroads across North America, completed the acquisition of Cincinnati Eastern Railroad, a 70-mile railroad in Ohio. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Regional Rail team and I are delighted to partner with the team at the Cincinnati Eastern Railroad.
