Pye-Barker Fire & Safety completed the acquisition of Cox Fire Protection.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a fire protection, life safety and security services provider, completed the acquisition of Cox Fire Protection, a fire protection company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
