CDPQ-backed Circura completed the acquisition of Gevab Byggservice from Gevab Group.

CDPQ-backed Circura, an operator of a group of specialized, service-focused contractor companies, completed the acquisition of Gevab Byggservice, a provider of construction and renovation services from Gevab Group, a construction service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is with great pleasure that I welcome Gevab Byggservice and its employees to the Group!
