Groupe Duval and Odalys completed the acquisition of Les Essentielles from Clariane.

Groupe Duval, a provider of real estate services, and Odalys, a company offering a wide range of holiday rentals, completed the acquisition of Les Essentielles, a national operator of serviced senior residences, from Clariane, a healthcare and hospitality community. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to welcome all the employees of the Les Essentielles network into our Group, as well as the residents and their families.
