Synopsis

DAIKEN, a mineral and wooden fiberboards manufacturer, and ITOCHU, a company that offers domestic trading, import and export, and overseas trading, agreed to acquire Huntsville facility from Panolam, a manufacturer of thermally fused laminate, fiberglass reinforced plastic and specialty resins.
