Transflo to acquire the telematics assets of RMJ Technologies.

Transflo, a transportation technology firm, agreed to acquire the telematics assets of RMJ Technologies, a company specializing in fleet optimization services for government agencies and public companies across North America. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As RMJ Tech has grown, we sought a partner that will take the business, and our customers, to the next level.
