Health Cloud Initiative, a Dutch company that creates software for healthcare professionals, completed the acquisition of Embloom, e-health platform that supports healthcare providers and patients with digital applications for diagnosis and treatment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With Embloom, we are realizing an important step towards a future-proof integrated all-in-one care platform of EPD, patient environment and e-health for care provider and client. In addition, Embloom, as an independent party within our group, will continue to invest in optimal data exchange with external care systems.
