Menissez, a French industrial bakery business, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in The Village Bakery, a manufacturer and supplier of bakery products from Limerston Capital, a UK mid-market private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Jones Village Bakery has been a shining light in the bakery industry for many years and we have watched their growth with great admiration.
