Nordstjernan-backed Dacke Industri to acquire a 70% stake in Airon.

Nordstjernan-backed Dacke Industri, a machinery industry company, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Airon, a pneumatic solutions firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Airon Srl marks an important step in our growth strategy. It strengthens our presence in the European market and will speed up growth and expansion across the division.
