Pollen Street Capital-backed Assessio, a strategic HR assessment company, completed the acquisition of HR Diagnostics, a hiring process, employee development and talent management solutions provider, and S&F Personalpsychologie, a company providing tailor-made psychological aptitude assessment procedures solutions.
