Elta Group completed the acquisition of Air Movement Supplies.

Elta Group, an international manufacturer of fans, air movement and filtration products, completed the acquisition of Air Movement Supplies, manufacturer of acoustic products, fittings and isolation accessories for the industrial and building services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I have no doubt from understanding the culture of AMS and its approach through focusing on the customer, as a Group, we can also learn, as well as add value to their own capabilities," Mark Rickard, Elta Group CEO.
