Proma Group completed the acquisition of Allgaier de Puebla from Allgaier.

Proma Group, an au­to­mo­tive supplier, completed the acquisition of Allgaier de Puebla, a Mexican company specialising in the production of structural components supplied to leading international car manufacturers, from Allgaier, a company that specializes in the manufacturing and supply of automotive parts & accessories along with solutions for the process industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
