Kinderhook-backed Apex Waste Solutions, a vertically integrated regional provider of solid waste collection and disposal services, completed the acquisition of Twin Enviro Services, a garbage collection service in Colorado. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Apex is thrilled to welcome the Twin Enviro and WM teams into its growing family of operating sites across Colorado.
