Lantmännen to acquire Entrack.

Lantmännen, a Swedish agricultural cooperative, owned by farmers, active in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, and food, agreed to acquire Entrack, a supplier of wear parts, undercarriage components, and attachments for construction and mining machinery.
