Core & Main completed the acquisition of HM Pipe Products.

Core & Main, a distributor of water, sewer, stormwater and fire protection products, completed the acquisition of HM Pipe Products, a Canadian distributor of water and wastewater products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With our expansion into Canada, we will achieve a key milestone for Core & Main.
