Everfield completed the acquisition of ParkHere.

Everfield, a private equity that acquires specialized B2B software companies across Europe, completed the acquisition of ParkHere, a Munich-based technology company specializing in innovative and comprehensive parking management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With its intelligent all-in-one solution, ParkHere is one of the leading providers of digital parking management systems in the DACH region.
