Labomar, a nutraceutical company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Sphera Encapsulation, a biotechnology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring a stake in Sphera will allow us to expand the Group’s expertise and competitiveness in micro and nano encapsulation, an area which is strategic to our business," Walter Bertin, Labomar CEO and Founder.
