Hellenic Bank to acquire CNP Cyprus from CNP Assurances for €182m.

Hellenic Bank, a banking company based in Cyprus, agreed to acquire CNP Cyprus, a company holding all of the CNP Group insurance companies doing business in Cyprus and Greece, from CNP Assurances, a French insurance corporation, for €182m. "This Transaction reinforces the Bank’s franchise and fits perfectly with our business model, offering significant growth potential.
