Tower Arch-backed TD&I Cable Maintenance, a family-owned and operated telecommunications company, completed the acquisition of Underground Systems, a provider of geothermal, gas line, waterline, and conduit installation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Underground further solidifies TD&I’s position as the preeminent provider of underground infrastructure services for the telecom and utility markets across the upper Midwest.
