TÜV SÜD completed the acquisition of Domutech.

TÜV SÜD, a global Testing, Inspection and Certification provider, completed the acquisition of Domutech, a property inspections, energy performance certifications and tech-enabled solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By expanding our service portfolio, we can further expand Domutech’s leading position in Denmark. In addition, we have an excellent basis to roll out our services across the entire Scandinavian market which is highly attractive also beyond Domutech`s current portfolio,” said Oliver Jacob, TÜV SÜD CEO for Western Europe.
