KKR and Palm Capital completed the acquisition of Kornmarksvej 1 property from Catena.

KKR, a global investment firm, and Palm Capital, a real estate private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Kornmarksvej 1 property in Brøndby, Denmark, from Catena, a property company. “Catena’s aim is to continue to grow in both Sweden and Denmark, while steadily increasing the proportion of modern properties with a distinct logistics profile in our portfolio. The sale of this property is entirely in line with our long-term strategy,” Mikael Tröjbom Johansen Catena Regional Manager for Denmark.
