Norwegian Technology completed the acquisition of Bitdeer from Straitdeer.

Norwegian Technology, a provider of sustainable waste treatment solutions for offshore and onshore industry, completed the acquisition of Bitdeer, a bitcoin mining firm providing blockchain and high-performance computing solutions, from Straitdeer, a software and applications development company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
