Končar and Siemens Energy to form a joint venture.

Končar, a company focusing on creating innovative products and solutions for a sustainable future, and Siemens Energy, an energy technology company supporting the transition to sustainable energy sources, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This collaboration enhances our crisis resilience, speeds up operational efficiency, and boosts effectiveness in related sectors.
