TorQuest Partners completed the acquisition of Mevotech from Penfund.

TorQuest Partners, a Canadian-based manager of private equity funds, completed the acquisition of Mevotech, a company specializing in engineering and design of driveline, steering, and suspension parts for the auto aftermarket, from Penfund, a provider of capital to middle market companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Penfund has been an excellent partner for us.
