Ryder System, a supply chain, dedicated transportation, and fleet management solutions company, agreed to acquire Pit Stop Fleet Service, a provider of retail mobile commercial fleet maintenance, including battery, tire and transmission repairs, preventative maintenance, and breakdown assistance.
