Parcom to acquire RECO.

Parcom, an investment company, agreed to acquire RECO, a specialist in equipment rental for the business market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to invest in RECO and become a partner of the management. The company offers a unique proposition to business customers, based on unburdening the customer in terms of material issues.
