Main Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Xitres.

Main Capital Partners, a software investor managing investment funds active in Northwestern Europe and North America, completed the acquisition of Xitres, a provider of software solutions within the residential real estate sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The PropTech market is a core focus market for Main due to the growth opportunities in this market, driven by the need for effective tools to improve key processes. In The Netherlands, but definitely also abroad, there is a large housing shortage and therefore a strong demand to build new future-proof houses. Xitres contributes to this by optimizing processes, unburdening the real estate managers and project developers and eventually optimally servicing home seekers," Sjoerd Aarts, Main Managing Partner.
