Workdry International completed the acquisition of Holland Pump from XPV Water Partners.

Workdry International, a critical infrastructure partner to water utility and engineering firms, completed the acquisition of Holland Pump, a water handling and pump rental services provider from XPV Water Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisition of Holland Pump brings a well-established and respected business into our group, providing us with a strong entry point into North America which is the largest pump rental market in the world," Dan Lee, Workdry International Group CEO.
