Egis to acquire TC Innov.

Egis, an international group offering engineering, project structuring and operations services, agreed to acquire TC Innov, a French company in industrial odour treatment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our private and public-sector customers are increasingly looking for players with expertise in their industrial issues and in environmental engineering as a whole. We are very pleased to be able to count on the complementary expertise of TC Innov's teams to broaden our skills and our oering. The acquisition of TC Innov will give us the means to oer our industrial customers the full range of air quality skills, from upstream consulting engineering to the design and maintenance of innovative industrial odour treatment solutions," Catherine Jatteau, Egis environment business Director.
